“Flying in Vain”
December 16th 2023, High flying Notts County were beaten 3-1 at Harrogate Town in the EFL League 2 clash at The Envirovent Stadium, Harrogate.
At 2-0 going into the second half the goal of the game was Notts County’s Jodie Jones’ 67th minute inch perfect free-kick which got County back in the game at 2-1.
Harrogate goalkeeper James Belshaw’s excellent heroics to save the free kick were in vain.
