When I first met John at one of their wedding showcases, I knew we would be in good hands. He communicated with us throughout our journey and talked us through every step of our day in preparation.
Meeting him on the day, alongside our videographer Kyle, we felt like we’d always known him. His professionalism, confidence, and personality put us both at ease – I am not at all confident when faced with a camera but on our big day John made me feel amazing. He blurred into the background when necessary and caught every little detail.
We received all our photos, and our wedding video, within a couple of weeks – with a sneak peek of our photos a couple of hours after tying the knot.
They are absolutely amazing. Kyle’s video surpassed all expectations – he honestly could not have got it any more perfect. There have been many happy tears shed by both of us and those who we have chosen to show the video and photos to. We cannot thank either of them enough for capturing our special day so perfectly

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to John from LP-Photography and Film . He kindly agreed to be our wedding photographer at The Sitwell Arms Hotel. When I enquired, the response was very quick. He explained the fantastic packages he had to offer. After seeing his work I knew we would be in good hands. A week before the wedding John called me, and talked me through how the day would go and what moments he would capture. It just made it so exciting and also helped me have a better understanding of the timings of the day. On the day John met me and my bridal party, he introduced himself and was warm. We soon got snapping and the results were perfect.
Unfortunately after the ceremony, we had a unexpected down pour. John thought on his toes and manged to herd all our guests up (a harder job than you think). We still managed to have our group shots inside. Our guests were kept warm and dry and we still got the shots we wanted. We were married on the Saturday and we received our photos by Web link that Monday! So we didn’t have to wait long at all to relive our special day. I wouldn’t hesitate if you are looking for a professional and personal service.

John Hobson was our photographer at Church Villa B&B on May 18 and he was professional as they come. In some cases, he was more prepared than we were! He generously provided us with white wedding umbrellas when it began to rain during the ceremony and we got some beautiful umbrella pictures out of it as well. All the photos were gorgeous and special. His team provided a video of the ceremony as well for a very reasonable rate and was open to our editing suggestions. They happily worked with us until we got exactly what we wanted in our video. I would recommend him 100 percent.
